No, it doesn't. The purchase of our lamps does not include any bulbs. It is recommended to look at the product recommendations which bulbs and power to use depending on the light shade you prefer and the ambiance where each lamp would be installed.
Our table lamps do not need any installation.
Our suspension or ceiling lamps come assembled, but the buyer must install them it in the way that best suits in the room, and always out of intense heat sources.
Our lamps do not require regular cleaning, and never use water or cleaning product, chemicals, or of any kind. Our lamps can be carefully cleaned with just a small natural or artificial duster.
You have a period of 48 hours to notify us of any defect that occurred during delivery.
GEKKŌ BCN products have 3 years warranty.
From a minimum quantity of 25 units of the same family it is possible to study the customization of certain parts of the lamp, subject to an increase in price and delivery time.
Orders
You can buy them online on our website or contact us for orders of more than 5 units.
You can track the delivery of your order through the website of our courier along with the shipping number that we will provide you at the time of purchase.
Once the purchase is made, the order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, and delivered at 24-72h depending on the country of delivery.
All online orders are shipped by courier to the buyer's home.
If your lamp reaches you damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us to inform us of any damage caused by the transport service, so that we can replace the lamp.
